How does it work?
You no longer have to struggle with your partner on what and how to rep! The Focused Rep Deck is your guide to a Focused Workout!
Each partner chooses his/her own techniques they wish to practice making your workout Focused on your results. Simply shuffle the deck and flip a card. The cards tell you which chosen technique to practice and how many times to rep it. Wild cards can be added in as cardio rounds for a high pace workout. By the end of your workout, you’ll have practiced each chosen technique 55 times!
